This is a 5kg box of mixed flours ideal for enthusiastic home bakers. The flours in this box are subject to change depending on what we have stored in our silos but will mostly include 2kg Spitfire wholewheat flour, 1kg Rosella wholewheat flour, 1kg rye flour and either 1kg triticale flour or 1kg spelt flour. 

The idea behind the Community Supported Mill Mixed Box is to ensure that our entire harvest and crop rotation is accounted for. In order to grow wheat on our farm we must also grow a variety of other crops (rye and triticale in particular, as well as mixed species cover crops) to ensure our soils are well looked after. This mixed box encourages bakers to experiment with a range of flours knowing that they are supporting diversity above and below ground.
