Grandma Marg’s Choc Chip Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 230g of butter

  • 6 tablespoons of sugar

  • 340g rosella wholewheat flour

  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • 6 tablespoons of condensed milk

  • 250g of chocolate chips

 

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees

  2. Beat butter and sugar together

  3. Stir in the rest of the ingredients

  4. Spoon dollops onto lined baking tray and bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden!
